 Nutrition refers to the food that is essential for the survival of the body. It is a food that keeps the body healthy and energetic. Eating those ingredients gives full energy to the body.  Without it the body becomes weak which makes a difference in the tasks of life and makes it difficult to work. When the child grows up his diet keeps changing.





 Parents arrange the best food for their children so that they are healthy and energetic.  However, with good nutrition, they are more intelligent and present-minded. Some people use more fat, which is why they do blood tests. It raises cholesterol, as well as too much salt, alcohol and potassium can cause high and low blood pressure.  You can use everything in moderation to keep your blood pressure under control. If you are overweight or underweight, it means that you are not getting enough food. If you take enough vitamins, your body will be healthy.  Eating fruits and vegetables improves eyesight. There are some foods that reduce sleep.  These are foods made from tea, caffeine and flour. Walking and exercise are essential for strengthening the bones of the body. Proper and balanced diet can keep the body healthy and prevent diseases and build a healthy society.
